Night and Day ba difference if palitan ko na yung "bulilit" CS10 center channel ko ng, say CSi A4 or A6?

Im kinda contented naman sa performance nya ngayon, but i don't know what i am missing.

Main concern is placement, as going bigger center ch will require me to replace my AV stand.
Hindi na kakayanin ng stand ko (which is 3 layer glass) if palitan ko ng mas malaki, not to mention if magkakasya.

Putting the centre ch in a stand is no option too.

For surrounds, the Polk audio FXi a4 is better then RTi A1.

I'm currently using Polk TSi300 fronts with CS10, TSi100 & omni s8 subs.  I'm thinking of replacing the fronts with RTi A7. ok lng po ba o dapat TSi series din?

Don't mix the the Polk Audio RTi A7 with the CS10. Its not timber match. I would suggest that you also upgrade to the CSi a4 or CSi a6.

Any speakers pwede for home karaoke, music and movies as long as, as master tony would put it, "masaya ka". With that budget, you best bet would be preowned speakers sa MP. Or Konzert speakers kung bnew. But i do believe there are polk and wharf speakers that would suit your budget.

Hi all,

My current set-up:

Denon 1713
Mission M73 (fronts)
Mission M7C1 (center)
Mission M70 (rear)
Velo CHT (sub)

The Denon 1713 is new. And because I just upgraded my receiver, I am now itching to "upgrade" my speakers.

I read somewhere that one should spend 2 or 3 times the worth of your receiver for speakers. Assuming that to be true, I should be looking at speakers in the 30-45k range.

My current options are:

Option 1 - Zensor 5 (fronts) + Vokal (center) and maintain my rear speakers; or
Option 2 - Boston Acoustics A250 (fronts) + A225 (center).
Option 3 - just keep my current set up

My worry is that I am just so happy about my new amp that I am rushing to buy new speakers and will just hear what I want to hear - that these new speakers sound far better than my current ones. Hahaha. Should price (of the speakers) even be a consideration?

Thoughts anyone?

Option 1 ako. Heard them and its really good. Compared with your Mission, the Zensor's are award winning making it a reasonable upgrade. Listen to your system closely and decide if you are still enjoying that sound or you prefer a newer/different sound.

Still option 1 for me.

Thanks for quick response. Kind of leaning towards that as well :)

Btw, may I get your thoughts on this as well -

when I was first buying my speakers, I was told to buy the floorstander version because at that time, I couldn't afford yet to buy the subwoofer. now that I have a subwoofer already, should I be looking at book shelf speakers (for example the Dali Zensor 1 or 3), rather than floorstanders?

Floorstander still since you're using one right now. I'm guessing your room suits floorstander than bookshelf. Unless the room is very small.  ;) ^-^

You have a very good set-up no need to change at all. Perhaps a little tweaking in the speaker placement like tilting or adding platforms the front speakers so that the tweeters will face and reach a bit ear level.  Perhaps reorienting your sub to a location where it will produce more sub bass freqs than just boom.  But if you think (subconsciously) that a pair of new speakers will make you happy, then so be it.  Perhaps you might want to consider the mission mx series. Check them at www.hififreqs.webs.com, there's a "see reviews" link there. Cheers!

If i had money for a floostander, pero may BS na better SQ (and swak sa budget) than the floorstander i had in mind, mag-BS ako.
