New Line Home Entertainment will release The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning on DVD January 16th, 2007, according to Davis DVD. The bloody prequel to the effective 2003 remake - starring the lovely Jordana Brewster, Diora Baird and R. Lee Ermey - will be released in separate R-rated Theatrical and Unrated versions. No specific details yet on the extras, but expect a commentary, deleted scenes and a behind-the-scenes documentary. Also, the packaging promises a "creepy flesh-like" slipcover.
