2 Subwoofer Connection? HELP

Ei guys I am just a newbie here and would ask if does anyone know how to connect 2 subs to a receiver with only one sub preout?

 Use a Y jack to split the signals into two.

If one sub has a pre-out, use this to connect to another sub's line in.

You can also use the receiver's tape-out.  The sub will filter out the higher frequencies.
