Problema kasi sa 'Pinas, kailangan sumunod ka sa SRP or terms ng supplier, if not baka hindi ka bigyan ng stock.  Unlike in the States, where TRUE FREE MARKET reign, at hindi  puwede mag-dictate ng terms ang supplier, baka sampahan sila ng Anti-trust.   Dito, kailangan under the radar pa pag-magbenta ka ng mas-mababa (ie kung cash ang bayad), so ang talo ang consumer...

I really would like to buy a 32" TV for around 60k, but wala pa sa budget ngayon... but keeping myself updated...kasi malapit na bumili...  Sana by then, hindi na kailangan hush-hush pa ang ganyang deal...

Theoretically yes.  But as I have argued elsewhere on this board before, the rule only favor the card companies, because they charge something like 5-7% to finance your card purchases.   So even if you pay cash, retailer should ask you to pay the 'charge' price, so who won?  The retailer, not the consumer, if they are to apply the rule.

You are being forced to charge the item (even if you can pay in cash) to your card (and card companies get the commission), when you should be the one to benefit when paying in cash.  5% of a 60,000 item is 3000...that's a lot of money...

Oo naman, puwede ka talaga magreklamo.  Sabihin mo violation ng Sec. 5 of A.O. 10, Series of 2006.  Baka baguhin nila ang policy.
