I was about to watch my DVD of The Departed when he started talking in Tagalog, so napatigil na naman ako. Dammit, foiled again!

Kakatawa, he was already talking in Tagalog for several minutes before anyone realized it was already fluent Tagalog he was speaking. And he's as big a BB addict as me - he's seen the German and Swiss Editions of the shows and is filling them in on how those work - even the Year-Long Village and Rich/Poor versions of the show.

Zeke's looking very insecure that he's no longer center of attention of the girls, and that Mickey actually speaks much better Tagalog than him.

Wendy's robe is popping open, and she's still in her bikini.

LOL.

They just woke up earlier at 10am--seems a bit late for a wake-up call...but I'm always amazed how fresh Wendy looks everytime she wakes up, unlike Saicy & Gee-Ann, who both have eyebags and puffy eyes.

Btw, I can't stand the "new" version of Pinoy Ako--it *sucks*! The original version had a kind of ethnic-like feel to it (the intro, especially), but this version is grating, like hearing fingernails being scraped on a blackboard.

I'm not surprised that they made a new version of Pinoy Ako, since Orange and Lemon obviously copied the first theme from The Care's Chandeliers.

The obvious social differences are really becoming more and more visible the past few days. Just tonight, Mickey and Zeke are talking about their favorite music artists. Mickey then asked Wendy who her favorite artist is and she replied "Seyd". When they couldn't understand who it is, she spelled it -- S - A - D - E.

They both said in unison "ahh!! Sade!" They didn't make fun of her though which was a great thing to do. The new housemate, Robert, is now in the house. The PBB producers must be so delirious with glee when they saw Robert audition. They have managed to find that one guy who looks like a clone of both Sam Milby and John Prats. Another potential golden goose for ABS-CBN.

Yeah, I saw that. Mickey said he owns about 15 to 20 pairs of Converse sneakers. When Nel expressed shock, Mickey rationalized that it was because Converse was cheap - compared to Nike. Eventually Nel really just got very quiet while Zeke and Mickey began talking about Bally, etc.

I really have to wonder about this batch of housemates. They haven't used the hot tub even once this past week. Pinagbawalan ba sila from using it? Hot tub scenes are a staple in all other BB franchises, and housemates go insane when they're prohibited from using it!

Is it a foreign thing? I don't think so... I love hot tubs.

During the live feed, when new housemate Beatriz (who's very cute & bubbly, btw) was being given a tour by Nel, she asked about the hot tub: "Wala pa bang naliligo dito?" Nel answered no, and she remarked, "Wala pang naglalakas loob na maligo dito?". So maybe we'll get our wish soon enough, heh

I hope that this farce of bringing in one housemate at a time and then making them pretend at first that they are not the new housemates will stop tonight. It demeans the intelligence of the housemates inside the house. Do they think that after two consecutive days of bringing in two people on the pretense of being inside the house for a vastly different reasons the housemates would not have been able to catch on by this time? It also insults me as a viewer to have to be subjected to the same tired gimmick.

The season's turned into boys vs. girls. There are no mixed cliques forming. They're either all together interacting, or are really split along gender lines at all other times. Even now that they have some sort of room service task, they've decided to have the guys stay up tonight, and the girls stay up tomorrow.

Not a very smart strategy. The first person who figures out that being close to the other clique will save him/her from being nominated is a genius.

I didn't catch much of the live feeds today - it got kind of boring after the sandcastle task ended.

What I did catch was that they had some sort of Magic 8 Ball book. Zeke asked it: "Will I masturbate during Pinoy Big Brother?"

Reply: "The answer is in the back yard."

After the laughs subsided, Zeke asked, "Is it bawal to have sex in the house?"

Nel: "It's not in the rule book."

There was actually heavy discussion on who gets to share beds once a new male housemate moves in. Nel was upset that it's Zeke and Robert, since they're already shower buddies daw! HAHA! Actually, he should be happy he got Mickey, since Mickey's been sleeping in the nude.

I pity Jason. Have you seen what they've been making him do on the show since the season started? It's like in one year, he went from Big Brother Housemate to Big Brother's Houseboy.
