hi. what made you say hindi sya authorized dealer of samsung? my friend bought 2 lcd units from him na. both units samsung people ang nag install.

mga sir bakit po kayo bibili sa ambasador??

ang pangit bumili dun..... hindi cya authorized dealerng samsung at specialy ng sony
bumibili lang din siya ng mga product at binebenta kaya pagnasira ang unit na binili sa
ambasador hindi sila nahg hohonor ng mga warranty

marami na nagrereklamo sa ambasador dahil dun sa pangit na service nila

mas maganda pa rin magpunta sa mga dealers around the metro

especially sa anson pasay road maganda bumili dun, lalo na kung sony ang binili nyo

am from out of town and i also have seen this sa sony site..kaso lang i was informed that promo lang daw ito coz the orig price daw is 99T and wala na raw ito sa inventory/phase-out/not available na...how true? coz this was not mentioned sa site ng sony!is this available sa mga appliance store dyan till now?

here's an excerpt from the email i recd from sony phil..
"Thank you for your email to Sony Philippines.  This is regarding your
inquiry about Sony BRAVIA LDC TV model, KLV-S26A10.  With regards to the
availability of the said unit, we apologize but KLV-S26A10 is one of
the discontinued models, however, regarding to the stocks of our
authorized dealer, we are not able to monitor if they still have this model. .."

at ang alam ko bro, samsung phil. ang sumasagot ng warranty, whether repair o replacement,
hindi ang store.

Maybe he's an agent of a competing appliance retailer...

hehehe... did you also check his post history? hahaha.. 

perhaps he just loves Sony... and perhaps he was given an outstanding service by Anson's Pasay road especially from the Sony section. and perhaps he encountered bad experiences with Samsung and likewise with Ambassador.

just to add some input to the matter...


personally, i don't really care if it's an ansons, ambassador, abenson etc..

as long as they deliver for free, no damage, gives the best prices and most importantly the warranty of their product can be attained directly with manufacturer!!


in the end, they are all retail stores and the quality of service they provide is as random as the sales person and manager on shift attending to you that particular day. granted anson's and abenson have a more "dependable" after sales history in my book... but, ideally 90% of the time you would be dealing with the manufacturer for warranty related concerns.
