UPDATE from DVD Times:Paramount Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of Dreamgirls for 1st May 2007. Beyoncé Knowles, Jamie Foxx, Eddie Murphy and Jennifer Hudson (who took home the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance) star in director Bill Condon’s adaptation of Michael Bennett’s Broadway musical.
Available in Two-Disc Showstopper Edition and single disc editions the film will be presented in anamorphic widescreen (single disc also available in full screen) with English and French DD5.1 Surround, English DD2.0 Surround along with optional English and Spanish subtitles.
