Finally got my 3D glasses.  Watched Tron Legacy 3D bluray the other night, the glasses really lower the brightness in half, I have to set the picture mode to dynamic & the 3D glasses to light to get the right brightness.  Really impressive yun 3D nitong pj but as a person who don't wear glasses medyo ilang ako sa frame ng glasses while watching a movie.    Overall happy with this pj, I tried rewatching toy story 3 bluray 2D.  I'm seeing details I haven't seen on my old pj.

Inggit na inggit na ako bro ikaw from ae900 to ae7000. Ako still using my ae500 pa din (sana nga may santa)and a future client has the ae700 pa din working just fine pa. Iba talaga panasonic projectors, sulit na sulit.

good thing about emotiva is you can get separates sounds on a receiver budget. i got my amp and preamp/processor for the price of a midrange receiver. i've had good receivers from Harman/Kardon, NAD, Marantz before and none of them can give my dynaudios the fuller sound i want. i ordered the emotiva combo and figured i'd just return it if i don't like them but my jaw dropped when i heard them with my dyns. sonic nirvana talaga, hehehe..

i know there are other amps there that would sound better but if you're on a budget, IMHO, walang tatalo sa emotiva.

Mark, maganda sound quality nitong Paradigm & mas immersive talaga pag same brand & model line ng speakers.  Watch The Pacific last night, those planes going around(seamlessly) sa surrounds speakers before they appear sa screen & drop the bomb add realism to the (mini-series)movie.  The height ng Monitor 9 is perfect din because the tweeter is the same height as our ear, adds more detailed panning effect. Watch The 25th Anniversary Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Concerts, great audio quality nitong disc.  Sa concert na ito you can test your speakers sa lahat ng genre of music from Simon & Garfunkel to Metallica.  I love how the speakers handled them all.

But! There's still more too squeeze out from the Paradigm that a power amp can do. Until the next update...

nice upgrade! i'm always curious of paradigms sound as i haven't done serious listening on their higher end models. i've tested PSB (also a canadian brand) image b5 before and it didn't have the sound i was expecting so i returned them after a week.

I got interested with Paradigm when I got the Atom for audio listening.  I like the laid back, airy, detailed sound quality.  I also haven't tried listening to their higher end models & don't intend to try them... for now.

oh ok. that explains why. ako naman kse i prefer the forward sound of the dynaudios. very detailed and revealing lalo sa midrange. i love listening to female vocals with the instruments just a bit laid back on the background. i tried b&w before as well before and though it sounded good, it wasn't really my cup of tea. very subjective talaga itong pakikinig nating lahat.

Lalo tuloy lumaki ang galit ko sa canon service sabi 3rd week ng january ung pinagawa kong cam, pa 3rd week na ang feb, di pa rin tapos, mga buset!!!! kapag wala akong abutang set ng monitor v6, isusumbong ko sila kay tulfo sa jemaah kaya?

gusto ko kasi pagsabayin sana e, pik ap ng cam tapos bili ng speakers...sa layo ko sa city, di bababa sa 10k ang gastos ko e. buset talaga ang canon na yan .......
