More specs on the Transformers BD, yay PCM!! PCM!!!!

Paramount Home Entertainment has revealed the specs for the upcoming Blu-ray release of Michael Bay's blockbuster hit 'Transformers', due to hit store shelves on September 2nd. On this two disc special edition, video will be presented in 2.35:1 1080p AVC and be accompanied by both a 5.1 PCM and 5.1 Dolby TrueHD lossless soundtracks.

wow, lots of extras (like the release in "purple") ... Transformers is indeed one of the most awaited titles in BD. Great to know that the BD release comes with Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround audio.

Didn't realize Beetlejuice is so old...20 years na. Watched it when I was very young. I can't even recall what the movie is about. Hope the PQ/AQ is good so we can give it a try.

Indeed. Hope they do justice to this movie by releasing the BD copy with great PQ/SQ. Saw this one way back in college ... how time really flies
