More Cary Grant: when he was carrying a drugged Ingrid Bergman near the end of Notorious, with Claude Rains hovering uncertainly (is he or isn't he?) in the background. I felt that was suspensful.

notting hill - when julia roberts smiled at hugh grant at the conference near the ending of the movie. first time i actually considered julia as 'pretty'

sw ep1 - when the rebels/jedi/padme are trying to get into the castle from the hangar...then the doors opened and darth maul was standing there and he lights up his double-sword...ASTIG!!!!!

matrix - 'i know kung-fu' -...nuff said

beauty and the beast - when belle opened her eyes after beast opened the door to the library...made me watch this film several times.

lotr rotk - pippin singing...really moving scene

spiderman 2 - elevator scene...'nice spiderman costume'

a few that comes to mind;

1. that part in toy story 3 when andy says goodbye to his toys.

2. ripley to alien queen in aliens: " get away from her, you b1+<h!"

3. the moment prime and the autobots reveal themselves to sam in the alley in transformers.

4. the elevator/hallway fight scene in inception

5. the highway chase scene in the matrix reloaded.

6. the scenes leading up until the blood drenching in carrie, music and all. so heart breakingly sad.

7. darth owning up as luke's father in empire.

8. supes rescue of lois in the first supes flick and that helicopter.

9. the mine fights up until the hanging bridge in the temple of doom.

10. "you're gonna need a bigger boat." brody in jaws

11. sonny corleone's assasination in the godfather

12. the bats/joker face off in the interrogation room in the dark knight

13. t2's last hour, give and take a few minutes.

14. that montage in up.

15. jack and rose in titanic's bow/the actual sinking.

1. Up montage scene. And also the scene where Carl realizes that there were more pictures in the scrapbook than he thought. That made me tear up a little.

2. Toy Story 3. Every Barbie-Ken scene. And when Andy was giving Bonnie his toys, but what really made me weep was when Andy hesitated to give Woody at first, then he said, "He's been my best friend as long as I could remember. He's brave, like a cowboy should be. And kind and smart. But the thing that makes Woody special is he'll never give up on you...ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what."

3. Marley & Me. The scene where Jennifer Aniston's character starts crying and hugs Marley for the last time, and the one where they're letting Marley rest in peace.
