meron bang service center ang marantz dito sa pinas?

Hey guys,

My marantz sr 4300 just got a problem and I sent to the store where I bought it, however, until now, hindi pa rin bumabalik. Its almost a month pero mukha yatang mahina ang after sales service ng marantz.

Anyone knows where the service center is?

sa pagkakaalam ko yan ang problema sa marantz...wala atang service center yan...gusto ko na nga sanang bumili nyan kaso sabi sa kin nung isang nagbebenta nung mga avr na yan, hirap din sila pag may bumabalik sa kanilang unit for repair...

Pwede mo naman ipagawa sa kahit saang electronic shop ang problema lang yung original na parts wala pero meron tayong parts nyan kaya lang sub lang. Ano bang problema? baka makatulong ako.

Sorry for the delayed response. Anyway, yung receiver ko bigla lang display ng "error powsv". Sa tingin ko parang nakurap ang program. Lumalabas ito pag matagal hindi siya nagagamit. Let's say mga 12 hours, pagbukas mo lumalabas yung error message.

I sent it to where I bought pero they sent it to the dealer daw. Hanggang ngayon, hindi pa bumabalik.

Gano katagal na sa iyo yang Marantz mo? Kung bago pa bakit di ka mag-demand na palitan na lang nila ng bago.....OOngi....1month ang tagal na noon ah....lungkot nyan....

I bought it last April lang, at nasira siya noong September. 5 months pa lang.

my marantz died on me some time ago...sent it to BRC in virra mall and they got it working again...but they couldn't fix a problem with the left speaker (causing it to static even in the volume was down)....i got fed up and threw it away. Ok...i didn't throw it away...i just put it aside hehe.

for the marantz cd63 cd player owners, i have a story to share...

my friend owns this model (SE series color gold) for years and it brokedown....as in, the tray would no longer open...cannot read disc anymore...etc. he already brought this unit to countless good technicians but to no avail... can't fix it... they are having trouble sourcing the parts... but when my friend came across a discussion here that Philips Service Center repairs Marantz units, he immediately went to Philips in Kamias and presto! fixed after a day only! replaced the optical lens mechanism for P2.5k only!

the cd63 is now again happily paired with Musical Fidelity X-10D and X-PSU....and perhaps, would give him another decade of sweet music again....

I have CD Player Marantz model CD-72, its working kaya lang yun plastic gear na nagtututalak sa cd tray medyo nasira na at hirap lumabas nung tray once i press open.
saan kaya puede ipadala ito?, tried sa raon to get spare of plastic gear pero walang kamukha o malapit na hugis kaya tiaga sa kalawit lang ng tray to open.

Need advise, where is the direct Service Center for Marantz Receiver?
I don't want to go to Authorized dealer since they are still waiting for the Service Center to pick the unit, it takes time. TIA

I bought mine in Alabang 3 years ago (My first AV Receiver), I forgot the name of the store. THe problem is, while I'm listening to DVD-Audio in moderate level, the amp suddenly turn-OFF and in standby mode. Marantz if in standby mode you need to press any of the input botton like DVD..CD etch. After pressing any of the botton, it will turn-ON but only 1 second then back to standby again.

It's horrible, considering I only use the amp during wekends only averaging 4 hrs. By the way my amp has the computer fan on it. The Model is SR-6300.

Somebody pls. advise how to resolve it.

Yup, I know but they are also send the unit to the service center. My Amp is already out of warranty, I want to send my unit directly to service center. Thanks for your help
