Guys, any news regarding Rome Season 2? Hope this gets released as good as or better that the first season packaging

10 episodes lang pala ang season 2. Anyway, I hope it would be released in DVD soon with at least the same packaging as that of season 1.

As per Warner's update last night, Rome Season 2 will be available locally sometime in September. Information regarding final pricing and packaging configuration will follow, but I'd expect it'd be similar to the Season 1 release.

Today from Astro also got the same news. Good, it's Sept na & I can't wait to get this to see the conclusion.

Looks like this is sliding to late September early October unfortunately. Price is Php1,800.

Thanks for the pricing info firewired. P1,800 is a very good price (it's even cheaper than season 1 if not mistaken)

R1 is selling at about P2,600 without shipping pa. $:-\$

Will definitely get R3. I don't mind waiting a bit longer. Hopefully it will receive similar packaging treatment as in seaon 1.

When I reviewed the first season, it was pretty much the best television season presentation I had seen. While this one is a slight step back, not much has changed. The discs are once more packaged in a gorgeous wooden box, hinged in the upper left corner, that opens to reveal a 5-panel foldout with photos and episodes descriptions. The hinge mechanism is still thin, but my first season package is still in perfect condition, so maybe it's not an issue. There are only 10 episodes in this season, so it's 2 per disc, with the bonus features scattered throughout. Instead of featuring character pairs on the disc labels, a more uniform and minimalist design is used for this release, and the character guide has been replaced by an excerpt foldout promoting Jonathan Stamp's Rome book.

Yup it qualifies for free shipping. Unfortunately, I just heard that Warner won't be able to replenish until sometime next week. The bulk of their Rome S2 inventory will only clear Customs this weekend.

We actually had stocks earlier but we quickly ran out. It's our fault since we projected less. If you are willing to wait, I was told that the next batch of stocks should be available again by next week.

We adjusted the base on free shipping. For a minimum single purchase of P1,000, one is already entitled to free delivery.
