Hi Sir Vic,

I went to SnS about 2 weeks ago to schedule the installation of plasma tv, htib, and wall bracket that I purchased. I even gave them a copy of the directions going to our house and told them to schedule it today. I called there this morning to make a follow up and Jan-jan (not sure of the name) said that I wasn't scheduled. Left my name, address and contact number to Jan-jan (?). Just ask him for the guy who called this morning for installation. Will be expecting to hear from them asap.
