I bought a 42" panasonic plasma tv a couple of months back, but I haven't had it calibrated yet. It's not too late yet to have it scheduled for calibration service, is it?

We can do calibration. But not now. Our calibrator was destroyed by flood. We are awaiting the available of colorimeter. Will advise you when we are ready.

Hi Vic,

Just wanted to tell you that I am not satisfied with the way your staff handles some of your customers. I am ordering a CD player on your store and the demo unit is completely broken. One of your staff promise that I can pick up the unit yesterday but I called your shop and asked me to call later. Your staff is completely clueless about my order and asked me to call again.

This another attempt to order something from your shop but again all I got are frustrations and disappointments.
I know that you have some great feedback but your staff is tarnishing your good reputation. You lost a customer here.
