Sir Vic, I would like to get an optoma HD20 with a 100 inches screen.  I'll trade in my 42PV70H and 50PVH slightly used I bought from Theaterworks barely 2 years ago.  You can check the lamplife.  How much would the transaction be coz I saw on one of your posts that you allow trade in.  If this is okay, i'd like to proceed with the transaction ASAP.

Recently the last plasma i bought (42c10) unexpectedly had the dreaded blinking light of death. Apparently it has to do with the fluctuating power in my area (Eastwood). Told Vic about it, and at no extra cost and promptly, he had the tv replaced. Now I wonder if I can have the same service with chain stores or mall appliance stores? Plus with all the people texting Vic, I still get prompt and to the point replies to my every message. I am a lurker in this forums, but because of the excellent service i got, I just had to share this experience to everyone. Again, thanks for the great service. You really deserve all the glowing reviews in this forum.  Looking forward to the next transactions, and for sure I will be referring your shop to all my friends and family.
