I will go for 37LD460 full HD. 37" is definitely a wow factor since it is much bigger than 32". Also since it's a full hd, the picture presentation will be much better than hd ready TV, especially when TV is displayed with still picture--jpeg, graphic web page, game graphics, etc.

LED is just a fancy looking TV because of thin and slim screen. Because of LED backlight, it presents more bright. Some people describe it as 'glaring.' The bright picture results not only to eye-strained but also a bit color washed out.

Sorry, we don't have 32" plasma TV anymore.
