My sister passed by your store today to pick up both the free bag & the AVR as agreed. Sad to say she came home with nothing. They said the bag wasn't brought down from the car because of a color-coding alibi. And the AVR wasn't delivered daw. She was asked to pick up the items AGAIN tomorrow. Some serious and sad concerns:
a. We were told that we will be called when the free bag was already available (it was out of stock when we purchased the TV). The call never came. I had to follow it up on this thread.
b. As per agreement, items (free bag & AVR) were supposed to be picked up today (Wed). Shouldn't the items be ready on said date? We live down south of Metro Manila, quite a long distance from S&S. The effort, time and money placed on an errand, much more a pakiusap to my sister, wasn't a joke. This was basically the reason we purchased an AVR so that the trip there would be worth it (instead of just picking up the free bag).
c. My sister was charged P1,900 instead of the agreed P1,800. She paid what was charged of course. 'cos she was just doing an errand for me (I just told her to pick up & pay the stuff).
We had a pleasant experience when we purchased the LCD TV a few weeks ago; and there were numerous positive feedback regarding your store & service in this forum. I hope what happened here is an isolated case. I'm not here to ruin your store's good reputation. I just want to vent out this 'frustration' that had to happen to me. I'm not sure if malas lang talaga ako or this was really a lack of oversight on your part.
Hope this would not happen again or to anyone.
