Like other brand LCD TV, this LG won't present good picture quality without digital box. You will be disappointed when watching this TV with aerial antenna.

Irregardless of size which HD ready or FULL HD LCD TV is the best brand in terms of over-all performance among toshiba, LG, panasonic and samsung? what model specifically will you recommend?

For HD ready, I choose Toshiba 32AV700 because of the feature TV signal booster that will deliver clear TV reception. Also its cheap price makes this rated as the best value for money TV. 

For Full HD, I choose LG 32LD460 because of the feature USB port that allows you to play download HD movies. Again, its cheap price makes this rated as the best value for money TV.

Jamo is still out of stock.

Wala pa kaming XL series, but Toshiba is expecting it to be available end of the month. We have to take a look muna of this model before we can share our impressions and opinion. Watch out nalang for the announcement here.

       Kapag 40CV700 ang lcd tv ko pwede ko ba magamit yong media player para manuod ng downloaded HD movies?

40CV700 has USB for picture viewing only. It cannot play the video. You need an external media player to play the download movies.

sir vic, yung ibang brands ba meron din features na kagaya ng AUTOVIEW, which monitors room brightness and adjusts the backlight and various picture parameters accordingly, at yung  signal booster ng toshiba?

Sony 32EX300 has auto view or light sensor. 32EX300 at P28K.
