Question sir. Bought a Maldol svc-500 from your store about a month ago. Was watching tv last night when the TV just turned off by itself. The yellow 'delay' light was on from the AVR. I plugged the tv (just to check if it got destroyed) on a wall outlet and it worked. It's morning now and the AVR still has the yellow delay indicator light on (but still with no power output). I tried changing the fuse but no result. What do I do next?

Please send it back for replacement.

Sir, I encountered exactly the same problem yesterday with the replacement unit after a month of using it. Tried changing the fuse but still the yellow delay indicator light remains on and it still has no power output. What do I do now? Return it again to your store for another replacement? Does this brand have a history of getting replaced often? Would you recommend another brand? Please advise. Thanks.

Maldol is a durable brand. Never had the same issue before. What and how much loads of appliances are you putting on this AVR?

Bring it over and let's have it check. We can replace it again.

All LCD has 60 frame per seconds of screen refresh rate.

Perhaps, you are inquiring about clear motion rate (or motionflow or trumotion). 32C6900 has clear motion rate of 480hz. The clear motion rate is different from refresh rate of the LCD monitor screen. The clear motion rate is a Samsung technology that process or interpolate the movie with an extra frame between every pair of frames in the signal so the display runs at 120, 240, 480, or even 960 HZ. The effect of this technology is most noticeable when watching material that was originally shot on 35mm film, in which case the typical film judder can be reduced. Film that is viewed with this kind of processing can have a smoother look, appearing more like it was shot with a video camera, in contrast to the typical look of film.

Haven't tried the apps, but am sure it will work with C6900, which has net TV feature.
