Also my Panasonic Ax20 is now 2.5month old since ive bought this from your store, is it time to calibrate it?

1. We regret that Sony has no promo for upgrade of home-theater system. We cannot do the upgrade from DAVTZ310 to DAVDZ610K.

2. The 32" and 40" have different bracket. We cannot interchange the bracket for different sizes of Sony TV.

Most people complain about the reflective 'glaring' screen of the new plasma X20. If you are not bother by the reflection, I suggest you get the X20 as against X10; the X20 has 2 million contrast which delivers deeper black than X10. Otherwise, X10 should be your choice if your room is just too bright that may cause reflections to your TV viewing.

For simple TV broadcast and bluray watching, we suggest you consider plasma TV like 42X20. Plasma TV delivers richer but natural color. Also the plasma TV displays controlled brightness that is very comfortable and pleasing to the eyes.

You can upgrade. Just bring the TV back and add the price difference when you upgrade to another TV.
