Hi Vic,

I'm currently choosing a budget entry level HT system.  What would you recommend?
Onkyo HTIB HTS3405 (what is the current price?) or Onkyo TXSR313 matched with Wharfedale 9 HCP (what is the current price for this combo?)?
Also, what is the difference between the Wharfedale 9 HCP and 9 Cinema?  Is 9 Cinema also a speaker set?

I'm planning to upgrade my display also and choosing between Pana 50ST30, Samsung 51E550 and LG 50PM4700.  What are the freebies for this 3 displays?
Based on the specs I've checked on the net, Pana and Samsung are full HD panels while LG is only HD ready but the LG is the most expensive based on your price posted in the display market place.  I'm leaning on the LG since I have active 3d glasses from the previous generation of LG plasma 3d.  Is the LG 50PM4700 really HD ready only?

If you have the budget, get the separates TXNR313 + Wharfedale. It gives you more flexibility for speaker upgrade in the future.

Both LG 32 LV3400 and Skyworth 32E6A can play USB movie. The Skyworth 32E6A is still P17K, but LG 32LV3400 at P16500. is a steal!. Both TV will present almost same great presentation, but I will go for 32LV3400 because of the brand name. Also LG has proven after sales service. With LG 2 years warranty, you won't go wrong for owning a bang for the buck TV.

Cons:
- it has 1 year in-house warranty.

LG 32LK310
Pro:
- has 2 year LG Phil. warranty.
Cons:
- USB cannot play HD, but AV and DiVx files.

I will choose Panasonic. It will save me from buying a separate media player.

Picture quality of both are almost the same.

I thought that the 9HCP consists of 4pcs 9.0, 1pc 9CC and SW-150(active sub).  With 9 cinema, is the satellites all 9.0 (5pcs) and SW-150?

They have the same native resolution po ba? Full HD or HD Ready po?

I don't have digital cable po, pero malinaw po kaya ang signal kapag outdoor antenna para sa local channels? or need ko pa po bumili ng booster?

and i am not that familliar po sa MKV file, movie file po ba sya? thank you.
