Also hometheater set-up (AVReciever+Floorstanding+Center) used mostly for listening to music and less for video, don't need rear speakers for now and with decent bass even without subwoofer, but ok with subwoofer if within budget. If possible also include a DVD player but preferably a Bluray player.
Any suggestions for budget less than 30K, but much better if you have less than 25K? Can you please give me atleast 2-3 options.

Among the list, you have a plasma Samsung PS43F4900. If you have a moderate bright room, Samsung plasma will offer best cinema experience, just like the way you enjoy watching movie in the theater house. Plasma offers accurate color, deep black, and natural brightness.

If you have brightly lighted room, you choice should be LED:
Toshiba 40PS200 offers vivid color, realistic contrast. It also has unique feature like signal booster that enhance the broadcast TV reception.

The 39EM5 has no usb movie feature, and is an old model. The My View has angle viewing problem; it is best recommended for secondary room or for wedding gift. The LG looks good when room is lighted up, but looks pale and washed out when room light is turned off.

LG 3D TVs are best value for money, but among the 3 TVs you mentioned, the Samsung has the best picture quality.If you are not that critical in perfect color, the LG will already catch your attention with its detail picture and acceptable color.
