just got my long waited ht upgrade last night..A pioneer kuro 428xg and a pioneer dv600 courtesy of sight and sounds a very great and irresistable offer from sir vic for this high-end plasma display. Thanks sir! kung di dahel dun sa magandang package ni sir, baka june pa ko makabili hehe anyways more power to S&S! its time for me to enjoy and the break-in pictures of my simple bedroom set-up to follow:)

Sir Vic, a pal of mine is trying to decide between the 32A450 and 550. Pero as long as you don't sit too close, it's hard to tell the picture difference between 720p and 1080p displays under 42" diba?

That's right. With 32" TV, chances are you won't be able to see much difference between full and hd-ready. Even then, if you sit at the farther end of recommended viewing distance range, you might be just as happy with a non-full HDTV.

Nice analogy from Bos Vic. Full HD is required only if ur lcd is above 40". The bigger ur lcd or plasma is, the resolution should increase.
