Hi Zram, I'm using a NAD-304 as my pre-amplifier then a QSC GX5 (Pro Amp) for my power amplifier.

I was actually thinking the same thing about the apocalypse bs is the new daniel/d1 bs speakers.

I haven't heard the david bs yet, but i am still interested to hear it in action.

do you mean it's only a change of name? Daniel's name changed to Apocalypse, David to Titus Gold.

but i think previous models do not have tweeter/speaker at the back...and ribbon tweeters are now being used.

Ribbon tweeters? I cant seem to find any model that uses ribbon tweeters except for his personal Everest clones.

Daniel and David are earlier models. Haven't heard these two but probably from sir gb's experience the SQ of between the Apocalypse and Daniel then David with Titus Gold BS is somewhat similar.

The rear drivers were introduced in the Titus Gold BS, Monumental and FS. The Titus Gold Center has a tweeter and two full ranger then a woofer on each side.

I think there was a limited edition of the Omega BS that used a ribbon tweeter instead of the vifa.

For this question mag conduct ako ng blind test sa makati showroom, tweeter only ang tutunog.

A. ribbon tweeter
B. aluminum dome tweeter
C. My own ribbon material in Dome type tweeter.

I am doing this before in my previous project in Singapore, so I will share it here in Pdvd member. Hindi naman daw bawal sabi ng Singaporean friend ko, dahil yung sa agreement wag lang daw gawin sa Singapore hehe!

Sir rgbautista ang ganda naman ng tunog ng Apocalypse nyo! Ask ko lang sir anong gain yong settings ng preamp nyo lalo nasa treble? Mukhang mas maganda nga yong highs nya compared to Omega. BTW I have the Omega also.

Mukhang mapapa-upgrade yata ako neto a....

Hi dgh, preamp gain is almost at 10:00, nasa gitna (0) both treble and bass. Maganda highs and meds pero mas may lalim pa rin bass ni omega. Best you audition it first to make sure.
