There are two monday night games in the NFL schedule this morning. I am wondering why ESPN is not airing any games, I am also finding it difficult to look for any TV times for the solar channels. Any insider news why??

The latest update is that Yes TV holds ALL the NFL rights across Asia for this season, but Solar Sports has payed for the Philippine rights to air ONE DELAYED NFL GAME PER WEEK. ESPN (SE Asia)/Star Sports have no NFL coverage this year.

If you look at the grid, NFL is supposed to air in the Philippines on Solar, Yes TV and AFN.

What Yes TV?? sucks, our cable provider dont have that channel...... major downer!!!!

an option is NFL gamepass that you can watch thru the net, but is fu**in $280, but you can watch all the games. Even re watch them for a certain period. or $25 per week, all games....

I availed this one time during the week, and watched the Niners-Cardinals monday night game live, pretty good, no lag at my 512 kbps connection. Maybe ill avail of this again come play-offs na lang, mahal eh........hopin 49ers do get some luck....

Garrard is a mobile quarterback and he has the ability to outplay Brady in blitzes.

Jaguars can give the Pats a run for their money.

The AFC playoffs is better than NFC, methinks. If Pats can pull it off, it'll be a breeze in the Super Bowl (unless Romo or Favre have something up their sleeves).

wont happen......Chargers upset the Colts. It seems Patriots will go 18-0 next week, LT and Rivers are out with injuries. Anything can happen though, even if the ball aint round in American Football.....

True... Tony Romo is still a young quarterback and he still has a lot to develop and T.O. was not a 100% in my opinion. ButI still have two teams who made it. Green Bay and New England.

It's going to be an interesting run to the Super Bowl this year. Yeah, I believe it'll be Packers-Patriots, but recently the Giants played really impressive football (starting with their loss against the Pats--which I think Eli's miscues had it for them).

The Jags, I think, decided not to shut down Brady instead they tried to cover his receivers, hence there wasn't any blitzes to really smother him. It was one deciding factor the Jag's loss. Meanwhile, Brady is outstanding on passing on single-to-double coverages--credit that to Randy Moss or Wes Welker or Donte Stallworth.

Someone help! I'm a die hard Charger fan (like all the Pinoys in Souther Cali) visiting my parents here in Quezon City until next month. We have Sky Cable at home... Do I have any other options to watch the game? Maybe a local bar, or whatever! I think the game is showing around midnight on Monday here live... Please help.

if rivers, gates, and LT are hurt we could get blown out... but we upset the colts with all of them hurting as well! also probowlers merriman and jamal williams missed practice yesterday. we're limping into a tough game against a strong team, but we'll see what happens! go bolts!

Oh yeah. The Packers just packed up against a very confident Eli Manning. It's really a huge pressure on Brady's shoulders since he was struggling the entire playoffs. And to think that the Giants nearly beat them during the season...

Slightly OT: Just my observation, the Philippines is really big on basketball and American football. Hardly anyone in this board (or any other local forum) talks about tennis or football (soccer to Americans) especially with the tennis season starting and the Barclays League and FA Cup heating up.

Awful yet a masterfull game by Brady. It was close but the D of the Pats came through. Not allowing INT to be converted into TDs.

I think Farve took a lot of risks in big plays, hence the INTs. Plus the WR are not making any plays except for Driver. Even when they had the ball in OT they were going for the long ball. They could have milked the clock by running on 1st and 2nd downs or getting short yardage on passes.

It will be an interesting Super Bowl. But I still give the big edge to the Pats with Brady/Moss/Welker/Stallworth and Bruschi/Seau/Harrison/Vrabel leading them. PLus they've got a very big plus on their side...EXPERIENCE! They've been here and dont it. It'll be the first for Eli.
