Hi,

I brother bought a Philips DVP3110K DVD Player (Region 3).  ::)

Does anyone know how to change it to multi region setting? The picture when playing Region 3 movies.  ???

Hi sir, sorry but I can't understand what you're asking? Do you mean, how to unlock to multi-region?

The picture fluctuates even if i put Region 3 DVD.

Yes. Is there a crack code to have it play multi region?

check the player setting, it might be set to PAL
