Topic: The Golden Compass: Director's Cut/Extended Cut - any info yet?

I watched it last week and it was amazing but the only disappointment was the missing ending but the director confirmed that a Director's Cut/Extended Cut was possible to be on DVD. So any word on when this will be released?

Probably late 1Q 2008, kakalabas lang this past week sa theaters, so unannounced pa sa DVD...

My guess is that you will get the theatrical cut March 2008 and the Extended Cut in October 2008.  Pure speculation on my part, but given that it didn't do as well as hoped, they will milked the DVD format for all i's worth...

New Line pa pala ito.  So C Interactive, and given C Interactive's record, they are seldom kasabay sa R1 release, so my guess is June 2008 for the R3 release, if at all, baka VCD lang ala The Last Mimzy.
