Guys, biglang nag-iba plano ko so hindi na ako bibili ng ST9. Ask ko na lang if ok na alternative yung Sony CT380/390? Thanx.

Both are okay with CT390 being the newer model of CT380. I have a CT380 hooked up on a Sony 40" in the dining area since November of last year. Works great!

Di naman sa mapapalingon ka sa surround. Mahina kasi volume ng tv so with the soundbar, lumakas at lumaki ung sound, enough to appreciate what you are watching. Btw, CT380 & CT390 can play dts hdma and dolby true hd via hdmi arc.

Iba pa din ung may separate dedicated home theater set up, mas immersive yung experience.

Anson's The Links. Pero kahit saan Anson's puede naman. So far, pinakamura parati sa Anson's based on experience. Basta cash payment puede mo tawaran ng sagad. Mas mura na yan today compared from last year's price.

After so much thought and research, bought myself a Sony HT-ST9 to partner with my also recently-bought 4K TV. The thing was sold to me by Anson's Cash and Carry for P34,500. Thanx guys for all your inputs! Very satisfied with those two!

Sir, How's your experience so far with the soundbar? Planning to get one to replace my old jbl 300. Thinking of getting because of the 4k capabilities. I have movies na dts hd and 7.1. Is this soundbar good for this?

So far so good naman, sir. My GF got freaked when watching a movie, she thought someone on her left was whispering to her. hahaha!

I think the ST9 is good enough for the two of us to fully complement our 4K TV. Audition it before buying baka hindi kasi pumasok sa panlasa mo.

) mas ok ba tlaga sound quality ng ST-9 kesa Bose CineMate 130?

Mukhang maganda din yung Bose due to Adaptiq Technology. Malaking differentiator ba sya?

one of the best ang Bose. I'll check if they have this Bose Cinemate 130 for auditioning at ATC. will share what I would find out, in case.

but since Bose is too pricey, we tend at looking for other same-level alternatives. I believe they could be the same in SQ but ST-9 becomes better in terms of 8ch audio processing.

I think price wise mas comparable and cinemate 15 with st-9 than cinemate 130. I just don't know about the quality and functions. I know cinemate 15 is not 4k

Thank you mga sirs for the feedback. Guess the only way to know is to audition the Bose system. Although my ears are not trained enough to notify the difference

Sir, if you are after sound quality, I suggest checking out also the Focal Dimension Soundbar.
I think AVDi have a huge discount on this...
