It's really in our culture to take advantage of any connections no matter how minor. Naalala ko sa SG, may couple nagshoshopping sa isang luxury brand store and Filipina yung saleslady. The couple was asking for a discount from the saleslady kasi kababayan daw. When the saleslady said di nya kaya ibigay kasi lahat for approval ng manager nila who looked Indian. Nagalit pa yung mag asawa and berated the saleslady accusing her of not being truthful.
Going back to Lea.. if you watch the entirety of the video, Lea actually took a picture with whoever was recording but outside already near the exits. Na cut lang probably because the guy holding the camera stopped recording so he can take the pics, but you can still hear the conversation with Lea saying they can take the picture already.
