I don't get this. Hindi ba empleyado sila ng TAPE nung na conceptualize yung Eat Bulaga? Dapat bound sila na lahat ng concepts nila while working under TAPE will be the intellectual property of the company.

Naging TV writer din ako noon, meaning ba yung mga concepts, titles, etc na ginamit ko sa trabaho is mine? Hindi, kasi na conceptualize ko sila habang empleyado. O well di naman ako abogado. Kung ako naman ang TVJ di ko na rin gagamitin yung name kasi tainted na.

I think they are using that name even TAPE wasn't there employer (di lang siguro nila pina Trademark), kaso lang ang TAPE had it registered when TVJ was under them already. If ako lang sa TAPE just let it go, si Joey naman talaga ang brains sa lahat including the shows creativity gimmicks & the famous Sugod Bahay.

Naging writer ako sa Bulaga nung 2007. Ang alam ko dyan Si Jalosjos at Tuviera ang kumuha sa TVJ para sa isang noontime show. Dun na naisip ni Joey yung Eat Bulaga. Hindi pa siya TAPE nun pero si Jalosjos na may ari.

Malamang hippie hippie pa sila nung time na yun at di pa sila namumulat sa intellectual property. Gaya na lang nga mga kantang ginagamit nila na walang paalam sa Tough Hits at sa mga pelikula nila mismo. Di rin nila siguro inakala na ilalaglag sila ng kumpanya pagkatapos ng lahat ng ginawa nila. Kung ako man sa TVj siempre ipaglalaban ko rin, pero in case na mabawi nga yung name, di ko na rin siya gagamitin. Isip na lang ng bago.

Lahat ng artista may kontrata, hindi pwedeng wala. Contractual ang karamihan sa industriya, kasama na mga artista. Kada show iba ang kontrata.
