looking for nos el34 or 6ca7

i have been hunting around for the past two months for el34 that is atleast new old stock or 6ca7 (new productions) but my effort is very limited due to my job. Anyone in the tube users/community would like to suggest to where can i find those here in manila? i've already tried raon and audio chains. thanks for helping...
