Quality of Filipino DVD's
« on: Mar 12, 2008 at 04:33 PM »
hi, I was just wondering why our own dvd's are not at par with imported releases.
Their video and audio are so poorly made. I just don't know they don't improve at
all. They really suck in terms of quality.

This is just my opinion. Thanks.

It's definitely an issue with the mastering of the DVD, since if you get local films remastered by foreign companies and released in the States (Silip, American Adobo), picture and sound quality is far superior to local releases.

Sad.
