How To Transfer specific chapter from DVD to Computer?

For example, I'd like to transfer a single "behind-the-scenes" featurette from my DVD, how
would I do it? Can I simply copy&paste it to my hard drive? If so, what files should be included?

Use the IFO mode in DVDecrypter.

You can also copy / edit the chapter/s using DVDShrink...
its free on the net...google it..
