What's the difference between Blu-Ray discs and Hi-Bit Edition discs?  ???

Hi-Bit Editions are distributed by Pony Canyon in Japan & the audio track is in full bit rate. It's still lossy track. As for Blu-ray, in additional of the uncompressed PCM, it offers both lossy & lossless (a.k.a. HD) audio tracks (depending on the studio/tittle).
