Clark and Lana's relationship is finally over. Lois Lane is taking over.
This is Michael Rosenbaum and Kristin Kreuk's last appearances as season regulars.

From what I've read, Clark will never fly in Smallville.

They're thinking on whether they should still go for a 9th season since the current one is still getting good ratings and I concur that the writers are indeed making creative storylines. Much much better compared to Heroes.

Loved seeing the Legion in this episode. Geoff Johns was able to put in hints for fans such as the LEVITZ Museum and Brainiac 5. I want a Legion prop ring like that. The electromagnectic pulse combo of Rokk and Garth was a cool idea that i can't remember if they did it in the comics. Long Live The Legion!!!

I collected Legion of Superheroes in the 80s. I don't think Lightining Lad and Cosmic Boy ever did that.

I want a spinoff!

actually after high school, daily planet na. wala naman yata nagcollege sa kanila. more like college age sila than after college age.

True, none of them went to college. so probably around 19-20. Now that doomsday has evolved, he should start learning to fly now.

Initially, they were pushing for 5 seasons. Then they extended it to 7. Most of the cast and the creators exited, but they promised us Season 8 would be the last.

After rumors and speculation pointed to a possible end for SMALLVILLE this season, The CW was able to secure a new deal for star Tom Welling, enabling the series to receive a season nine pickup. The network announced today via The Hollywood Reporter that SMALLVILLE would return, along with another fan fave, SUPERNATURAL.

THR also stated that "Two of the show's co-showrunners, Darren Swimmer and Todd Slavkin, are off to shepherd the CW's "MELROSE PLACE" pilot. If "MELROSE" is picked up to series, "SMALLVILLE" would be steered next year by the two remaining co-showrunners, Kelly Sounders and Brian Peterson."
