Guys, ask for reco lang. Plan namin is currently cablelink nasa 1,200+200 extension. Bad trip kase, nasa 7 lng hd pero kasama na yun nba premium. Gusto ko sana mag lipat ng cable provider. Choosing between sky dual def 999 + 350 nba premium + extension na 250 or cignal 1299+230 extension. Ang plus ng sky is reliability but sa cignal naman may pba hd na...yun nga lang pag umulan. No cignal na. Hehe...

Sky na lang. Pba naman sa tv5 malinaw kapag hd box gamit mo. Advantage p ng plan 999 yung cost ng addtl hd box 350 lang. Pero I suggest after a month ka mag avail ng extension

I was having the same issues with 1 of the digibox at home. Called the service and service man said the problem is related to the HD box which needs a firmware update done at the skycable office. They provided a replacement Coship HD box (color white and larger) and so far the problem has not been experienced.

Side story: For the longest time I was peeved that I needed two remotes. One for the TV, the other for the Digibox.

During the service call by the Skycable techs today, I learned they can replace the remote to a universal model for FREE! The Skycable remote can now turn-on/off the TV and also control the volume of the LG TV. Had all Digiboxes at home replaced for a generous tip

It was a good day!

agreed. i just hate how bulky and downright ugly the new remote is.

The remote provided is only 2/3 the size of the previous remote. It is smaller.

Currently on Sky 3mbps at P999 and Cignal plan 1590.

Looking to consolidate my cable and internet needs. Looking for a package to match my current one or an even better one if available.

Nagloloko lang ba service ng skycable lately, cause im currently on dual def 549, pero ngyn nag view ko ang diva ch, disney junior, fox family movie ch (sd)... Di ko lang alam kung nagloloko lang ito ngyn or include na sa dual deF 549?

Pinalitan yung digibox tas yung bagong remote pwede na macontrol ang TV. Dalawa ang power button tsaka volume control, kaso nakalimutan lagyan ng mute button!

Naka Skybundle (cable/broadband) ako sa bahay I think for 5 years na. Meron pa rin yatang ganitong plan ang Sky.

Anyone here have their digibox connected to an AVR?

I have a dual def subscription with a black digibox, i connect it to my denon x1000 avr. Video is ok, problem is there is no sound thats coming out of my speakers. Minsan meron sound when i turn off and on avr or the digibox. Chamba chamba lang but most of the time no sound

Is this a normal problem

Connections seems to be ok. Switched hdmi cables , switched ports etc on off etc minsan nagkakaroon but most of the time no sound. What could be the problem?

Other sources such as bluray player ps4 media player are all working fine.

guys meron ba nabibili na lightning arrestor/isolator sa ace hardware, handyman, etc... lagi na lang nasisira hung provided ng sky.. or laging may issue...

I'm currently a destiny cable subscriber. I want to upgrade my plan to skycable but they are making it very difficult for me. Imagine, i have to cut my current subscription pay a 300+++ fee for this. Pay another 1,300+++ for new subscription to skycable. Skycable won't install my line until the old line is cut. In between, there will be a lead time so no cable for us. Mas malala pa sa red tape sa gobyerno. Wala silang smooth transition from destiny to sky eh same lang naman may ari. Grabe

HGTV will become available on SKYcable on March 1 in SD and HD.
It will soon launch on Cignal Digital TV in HD.

Saw the mail on our hd box regarding HGTV. I checked ch. 246 and I'm only getting audio and black screen for it.

HGTV is now on test broadcast on Channel 88 for SD and Channel 246 for HD.

Saan pwede bumili ng sky hd digibox? Even without a cable card. I'm planning to use it on my other tv by just swapping the cable card from one tv to the other.

tingin ko malabo yung digibox only then swap card. kasi alam ko skycable registers the serial of the box plus the card to let you gain access...

i agree sir, skycable is pairing the card with the HDbox. you can not even interchange your card from the main box to the extension box
