My Xbox360 is a launch unit bought Dec 2005.  3-years old na sya in about 5 weeks.  Buhay na buhay pa rin connected 24/7 via D terminal.  Didnt I mention to you the problem with Phil power lines?  That could be one of the reasons.  Anyway, I notice that the screen dims (switches to low energy mode) after some minutes of gaming - maybe some kind of screen protection or eye protection during gaming.   Sabagay I like eco mode especially when using the HDTV as PC monitor.

Kailangan palitan na yung akin, maybe I'll get those with the HDMI connections already.

Don't have a cam with me and my cell is even the old motorola V8088, check Theatreworks and compare them side by side. Also, ask them to switch off the "Intelligent Frame Creation" mode on the Py800 so you could compare them better.

However, you could also ask them to switch on the "Intelligent Frame Creation" mode and see if you like the effects on a movie.

Oh, I think youd have a very good market if the 37V Panasonic Plasma (PX80/PV80) series becomes available outside Japan too.

16:9 = htpc ps3
just =  cable tv viewing

btw if you have issues with the scaling when using an htpc (lampas sa screen yung desktop) .. turn off the overscan option since its turned on by default  :D

Sir, your from Japan? Be going there next week. ;D I'll be checking out the 150 inch plasma. :D

It's blurred as expected but HUGE.  Kailangan malayo panoorin.   Nicest pa rin ang 50 inch or yung bagong size na 46 inch in terms of PQ.

Try to check the Sony OLED at any major stores.  Nakakainis ang price sa liit!  Hehehe

im also using eco mode on watching movies, catv viewing, and PS3 gaming (auto contrast adjustment) .. except for fight night round 3, looks better on dynamic mode mas realistic kumbaga ..  :)

Maybe in the service menu?  I came across this link...

http://www.keohi.com/keohihdtv/brandspecific/panasonic/panasonic_plasma_servicemenu.html

But try at your own risk.   :-[

Hi all  :)

I turned off overscan.. hindi nga lumampas sa screen.. though hindi naman na cover ang boung display? may mga 1 inch na space around the display (Black). Ganon ba talaga?  Now, when I'm watching my downloaded TV series, will just zoom 1 it. Btw, i'm using macbook connected via HDMI.  TIA!  :)

Just got my PV80 last week... Thanks to all your posts here.  It really rocks!  ;D
