i know we talked about doing the EBs out of town/country for the longest time bro!  that would really be nice!  quite an adventure at that!

alam mo na naman ang nagkakaedad... mas nauuna na sa alarm clock!  oo naman anytime bro!

Someday bro, someday...the Monitor Audio Showroom is two blocks away from the office. A 3 min walk...hahaha.

Buti ka pa nag aalarm clock...ako kahit walang alarm clock, nagigising!  ;D ;D ;D

Korek! I'm no exception. Yan din plano ko. Pati tubig dito mahal! Meron din good buys but you really have to search.

So here's my update to start:

I've been so busy these last few years since my move that I could even barely find time to watch movies during weekends on an iMac using a set of Logitech THX computer speakers (so they claim- sounds great for the price by the way) and sub from a local shop called Officeworks. Haha Needless to say, I've been craving for the set-up that I used to have back there in our motherland. It took this long but I'm sure you will all agree when I say that if it is in your blood, it just won't go away. I knew it was just a matter of time.

Since movies are my main priority, the alvinh room "start-up" will just have to get used to not having the jbl's that my ears are somewhat familiar with and enjoyed.
At least now I can get back to watching flicks again with a bit more thump using this Klipsch package paired with a more modern Denon amp.

I suppose that my next craving will be to get the Atmos pair to go with the Klipsch set- save muna for now.
A bookshelf pair is also on the horizon. Still undecided and will take my time - what amp? CD player or turntable?
I find Australia has a lot of vintage secondhands so I might take this route for audio. Will see.
I was a bit impulsive in making a $35 purchase for a pair of speaker stands I saw on a local FB ad- it was cheap so I took it.
I'm not even sure now if I'll use it.  ::)

I look forward to recreating the acoustic screen set-up so that will also be on my to do list.
The lack of a sidekick will make it difficult but I've met a few Pinoy carpenters here so it will be a reality at some stage. Hehe

And the journey continues... :D
