thank you, meron kaming nilulutong board ng leach,  16 output transistors, tinetesting pa yung proto-type, will let you know if okey na...the board was designed by a pinoy engineer working at Vishay.... ;D

there are other exciting tubes than the kt88, el34, 12axx's.....if you know what to look for.... ;D
as for me tv tubes, like the dissimilar triodes, example 6em7, you have 1/2 as 12at7 and the other half a small 2A3 with unipotential cathode, very linear...makes for a nice spud amp....imagine just two tubes and you have a push-pull amp....or a stereo SET amp.... ;D

heater variants are no problem, power traffos can be ordered from edrel sison, or if you wish, made to order at raon... ;D

HUWAW! sana may new generation TonyT's. parang "endangered species" na ang mga "tubo at tuberos"  ;D

i just browsed my rca tube manuals, checked the "header" looking for power tubes. kontento na kasi ako sa 12au7 & 12sn7 preamp tubes hehehe

as for pre & power amp trannys, edred is The Man!

btw ok pa kaya podmon? (pang-budget projects hehehe)

hehehe...imagine horizontal output tubes (6BQ6) selling for 46 pesos!!! they are simply to cheap to ignore!!! ;D

there is a treasure trove in that list..... ;D

Podmon is the oldest, i have known Nelia since the early 70's....but there are other shops in raon that can do costum transformers at a reasonable price... ;D

If you are ordering from that source, can we piggy back some tubes, will save us all on shipping?

I saw some very inexpensive 7n7, 832A, 829, 12sn7 tubes in there. Also some really nice WE 417A, hehehehe.... Thanks.

thanks, i am excited about these dollar tubes......i am sure not all of them will turn out useable...but at that price...who cares? ;D

please let me know what you come up with....i have a lot of tubes stashed for now and am getting ready, will see in two year's time..... ;D ;D

got 1 dollar tubes:











the 6LU8 and 21LR8 are high mu triode/power pentode type suitable for spud amps...the 6BQ6GA's will make a good guitar amp finals.....more later.... ;D

just an update.....i buy tube locally thru this online store...www.epektos.com...

took me a long time to convince them to bring in the kt88's and sold out na in just about two weeks...:D

sana they also bring in the 5u4's and 5ar4's.....

sir, any reco on locally available 12ax7 tubes?  im currently running matsucrapa.  Although the tubes are to my liking on vocal passages, im planning to invest in another tube that has more aggressive character to be used in dynamic music sana.  Also, san store pwedeng bumili?
