Topic: Where to Buy Region 1 DVDs in Cebu?

Hi,

I know this has been asked before but I just wanted to know if anybody knows where I can get Region 1 DVDs here in Metro Cebu.

Astro used to have a few R1 titles but lately some of the titles I know that have R1 coding are now sold in R3 (by a local distributor whose packaging is far worst than pirated DVDs).

Appreciate it if anyone can direct me where to get them.

I think your best alternative would be to get R1 DVDs from people here in the marketplace.

Shipping to Cebu definitely adds to the cost of course.

Yeah, I guess that is one option. But I was hoping that I could locate somebody local so that I can save on shipping. R1 DVDs are already expensive as it is.

Just a thought, maybe you can settle getting R3 for regular movies and get R1 for movies you REALLY REALLY like. Or settle for used R1 DVDs here in the marketplace.
