Hindi ba premature with still 6 years remaining? Take for example the contract with Manila Water? If I'm not mistaken it was prematurely renewed in 2009...some 13 years too early. Di ba galit na galit si Duterte masyadong maaga ni renew?

Hindi galit maaga renewed. Dahil sa onerous provision.

Duterte initially ranted because of the onerous provisions. Then he ranted why was it prematurely renewed/extended still containing the onerous provisions. It should have only been renewed/extended close to expiration date daw dapat or something to that effect.

Kasi hindi renewal ng franchise. New franchise dahil may labag sa franchise nilabag ang abs which has sa 200 pesos penalty. So to have a clean start new franchise. After thought nalang yun early renewal. Actually standard provision yun sa supply contracts. Ang problem lang MVP and Ayala applied those provisions. MWSS naman patay mali kasi you know what. Hindi man lang question real reason bakit singilin.. Ang reason? Kasi nasa contract.. valid reason is lugi sila due to inflation. Kung runaway inflation and with losses understandable yun to apply. Yun ang purpose ng provision. Hindi to increase profit.

If hindi inapply yung sinabing onerous provision no issue. Contract is just a piece of paper. Di ba? Sa akin hindi issue yung provision. Ang issue inapply yung provision kasi nasa contract. Hindi kayo business partner. Tinira ka patalikod. Kasi same lng provision sa supply contract namin sa isang company. Pero in the duration of the contract hindi nila inapply. So no issue sa side namin. Pero if inapply nila with valid reason we will understand. Pero if supplier namin same reason kasi nasa contract kahit na laki income, Onerous din sa company namin yun. I hope you get my point.

Hahaha! The point was nagalit si Duterte onerous provisions na nga bakit daw nirenew/inextend ng masyadong maaga. Nagmumura pa nga that time.

And in connection, fake news pala yun post mo bakit hindi nirenew nung 2014 and they had two years yun franchise mg ABS-CBN. Napull out pala yun application and the first time to apply was really around November 2016.

nung wala pa ABS CBN nanood ako ng balita sa GMA. bwisit na bwisit ako. talagang pang documentary lang ang GMA.. wala ng nakukuhang balita puro endorsement ang ginagawa nila ilong.. kakaurat. puro endorsement tapos commercial, pagbalik endorsement ulit..

ABS-CBN for me. Better quality of shows and artists/personalities. But I'm with the others who also dislikes Vice Ganda.

Another is Karla Estrada. Masyadong feeling mataas tong dalawa na to. Those two need to be humbled.

About our local newscasters, I find them always playing too safe mapa-GMA or ABS-CBN when interviewing government officials unlike newscasters in the US na talagang kinu-question mga politicians na walang takot. Dapat ganun sana dito kaso nga lang, alam mo nang pwedeng ipapatay mga yan nang hindi masosolve.
