Maybe it's time to start this thread for all the budget conscious members out there

As of available options are. (prices listed are lowest available)

Toshiba 32AV500 - 25,000
Samsung 32A330 - 27,500
Panasonic 32 LE8 - 27,000
Toshiba 32CV500 - 30,000

Feel free to post reviews and experiences for each unit, for reference for other members that are looking.

I know there maybe more superior 32" like the Samsung 32A550 and the LG Plasma but this thread was made for 32" panels for 30k and below.

As of now I'm leaning over the LE8 its a Panasonic and PQ at 720p is very good. Any others?

bro, the LE8 is up to 1080i...bang for buck talaga pare...I'm lovin' mine for PS3 and anime

I have the LX80 which is an upgrade of the LE8 as well as the CV500, I guess with the choices above I'll narrow it down to 2

The Panny LE8 and the Tosh CV500.

LE8
+Very good blacks with deep lively colors
+Very good viewing angle's
-A bit grainy just like the LX80

Tosh CV500
+Plenty of very good pre-set picture values
+1080p capable
+Best for pc use, very clear text!
-slow 9ms!!! blurs at FPS and Racing games ( I upgrade my 32 inch to 37 inches bec of this 9ms rating, the 37 inches bleed at 5ms)

experience lang w/ toshiba:

medyo whitish yung color nya compared to other LCD.
d ko lang alam kung maayus to sa calibration.

other than that ok naman.

i own a 32av500. got it @ 55980 for 2 units.

Pinaka sulit is the Pana 32le8 pa din, best sa color vs all of the above sa budget below 30k.

Yung iba pale color but cheap.

I have to agree with this! Toshiba maybe the way to go f you want a very affordable panel with a reputable brand.

But at additional 2k, (halos presho lang ng isang bluray), go with the LE8. at 27k it's a steal.

me too! kung pwede lang iuwi sa province LCD ko...dun kasi ako magpapasko...maiiwan ko dito s Manila LE8 ko, I'd have to settle with a really old CRT TV there

The cheapest full HD is Samsung 32a550 at P35K, which is above P30K price range. This TV is available at Sights and Sounds.
