Took pictures of Bolt Limited Edition with dog tag. Didn't take pictures of the one with notebook though. You'll have to excuse the quality of the pics. I was using my cellphone when I took these.

Looks to me like it is a single disc ed. Don't know about the The Day the Earth Stood Still but I assume it is also a single disc. $:-\$
