Hi guys my pioneer 1021k sometimes can not be control by remote control. I have 2 remote working naman pareho sa tingin ang problema sa receiver. Paano ang solusyon thanks

Put new batteries in your remote.

Turn on your cellphone camera. Point to the front remote.

Press the buttons on your remote.

The front of your remote will flash Red on screen if it is working.

Yes I do it already what you said. but still sometimes working.

try to use the rear IR Control jack of your 1021K.  I used to have an amp that had a busted IR receiver.  Was able to control it by purchasing and installing an external IR blaster like this:
