Hello there ^_^ (A C-Interactive Thread)

Hi im Lester an Area Sales Supervisor from C-Interactive (D' Concorde). Im just new in here. I would help to answer some question from you guyz regarding our products and update for our upcoming New Release. Some complaints i read in here are already noted for a better changes.

I might reply late coz im just doing this after my work hours  :)

Its good to know that you are interested in knowing how your consumers respond to your product. We just hope that this channel will be effective in implementing changes on how your products are delivered to the community.

Most of the members here are very constructive when providing feedbacks and I'm sure you'll hear a lot from them especially if they see that they are being heard and something is being done about their concerns.

Ok lng po. Bsta wag lng sna foul words. Negative comments are also needed for the improvement of one's product. Just stated some problems you encounter and i will relay it to may higher ups.  :D

Siguro po nabasa niyo na sa ibang thread ito:

eto iyong comment ko sa c-interactive dvds...

1. packaging (poor packaging is less attractive than the customer regardless gaano kaganda quality ng laman)
        a. presentation
        b. smell
        c. parang galing lang sa quiapo ang mga casing
2. content (karahiman nagrerelease kayo ng dvd5 copies)


pero once na maganda ang packaging niyo siguraduhin din na maganda ang laman... of good quality. there are some company na maganda ang packaging pero ang dvd content napaka discouraging.

it will be appreciated (if possible) na once na improve na ang quality ng packaging and dvd content : mag remain ang price. hindi na tumaas  ;D ;D ;D

@~sniper~, sorry we dont make pre booking of upcoming release. But you can call at your favorite record bar shop to ask if they have a title youve been looking for and make it researved for a day. Better look for our promo girl so she can surely researved it for you.

@dpogs, regarding packaging its all locally made for to have a great & reasonable price.
about the content, dvd5 titles has been changed one by one to dvd9  :D

I bought Brothers Grimm and Sex and the City. Wala ako negative feedback.
It is good that you are identifying your new releases if it is dvd5 or dvd9. Maganda na yung print out. Hopefully, mapalitan na lang sana yung casing.

Hi Sir Lester welcome to pinoydvd.

Would just want to ask, 3 weeks ago I purchased C-Interactive title (The title is Out of Reach, included on the mark down list). I noticed that there are no subtitles present on the film. Talaga po ba walang subs yung copy na ito? First time that I encountered a dvd purchase that has no subs.

@maiden, sorry ndi ko p n check ang title n yan. but if d back label of it didnt indicated it has a subtitle, sad 2 say wala po talaga. there r also some dvd titles dat dont have subtitle like twilight, taken, drag me 2 hell & etc
