hi sups i think prosperity bldg is located at  tung choi street next street pararell to sai yeung choi, sayang kulang sa time di na ako nakapunta don. nakita ko lang yung building lobby pero 11pm na   naubos time ko sa isang floor sa grandcastle listeng to a new china brand na salience tube amp connected to pmc speaker using pure silver interconnect and cables.  just bought some cds i thought at first yung mga 50 hk dollar cds are orignals, i think maganda lang ang pag ka gawa. I'll try to post pics later. Sarap mag window shopping, you'll see lot of brands pero its more advisable to buy here.

Bought my receiver at AV Hospital in Park-In Commercial Center. Best price I got in Mongkok with 2 free hdmi cables. Very accomodating yung owner mabilis kausap sa presyo. Nung makita ko 230v 50hz yung kailangan nya power after ko sya bayaran he called up agad yung distributor and emailed denon japan about it. Siniguardo nya na wala problem.  As of last night ok naman at gumagana lahat

In Mongkok there used to be a store near Sae Yung Choi called Mongkok HiFi center. In the basement there were about a dozen stores selling highend audiophile equipment and Gra import audio stuff from Japan. It seems that the building has been renovated and the stores have been kicked out or have transferred. Any ideas where they moved. I'm interested because the small stores in the basement specialized in small electronic knock knacks from Japan like headphones, cables etc.

Unfortunately, I do not really remember the names of the stores.  The one I did like is near the corner of Yen Chow St.

puro kamahalan dun sa apliu kahit second hand, pero maraming high end stuff. best pa din ang mong kok, exit E turn left pag labas mo ng station yung building sa taas ng body shop, before almost lahat ng floors puro hifi shop, ngayon i think nasa 4 to 6 floors na lang yata hifi shops dun. kung diretsuhin mo yung pag labas mo ng station, 2 blocks merong basement na puro hifi din including tubes, lapit sa night market.

hi sirs, the ones in mongkok, Hong Kong, how much do they usually sell Onkyo AVRs? For example an Onkyo NR414, how much would this cost there?Might go there this month. It may not be the same model but basically I just want to know the difference in prices. I'm looking at Yamaha V373 or V473, Pioneer and Denon too. Which ones are cheapest in Hong Kong?
