Need help: did a factory reset on my cignal box, but can't get past the installation setup with the signal lock screen - the one with the padlock. Help please!

TIA!

Yessir. After i pick the transponder, it goes to the signal strength screen. There's no other option to move forward at that point - it's just "press cancel to go to previous screen". So i'm basically stuck there. I have two boxes and i moved the working one to the location of the non-working one. Thanks.

Yes the signal quality must always be 100% to move on. Or try to make a hard reset

I am on Cignal Prepaid Plan 590. Talaga bang malabo ang channel 2 at studio 23? Parang sa antenna lang kinuha. Hehe.

Just asking if you guys are having the same problem? I've noticed that NBA premium tv is not stretched on my 42 inch tv.

do you mean youre getting the broadcast in 4:3 format?
Just checked mine now, 16:9 naman sya.

EDIT: i think i know what you mean. parang it doesnt occupy the entire screen nga.
This is when my Samsung LED was set to "screen fit" mode. pero naayos sya nung nilagay ko sa '16:9' mode.

Sa nababasa ko parang ang common gripes is malabo daw channel 2 and 7?

they normally add in new or change channels by January or early Feb before they do the National Conference.
If I remember correctly that was the case last year as well.

At sa skyworth website may built in media player daw.

Paano rin yung time lapse?

Thanks

walang cable company in the planet ngayon dat provides 1080p full hd na content...actually ang native resolution on most HD content sa mga cable providers is only 720p sir....if i were u don't set your STB box to 1080i kasi pangit ang motion resolution yan...mababa ang resolution kapag motion ang pag-uusapan at saka 1080i's motion are not silky smooth...so set your STB box to 720p. ang setup ko sa bahay ito.. 720p sa STB box den set my tv's picture size to 16:9 this way your tv will do the upscaling to full hd w/c is 1080p provide yung tv mo has a native resolution of 1080p.

Ok sir.

At yung time lapse. Etc.

Thanks

Ok sir salamat.

Effective ba?  Naka lock in pa naman ako ng 24 months dito....

Thanks

i dont think cable signal amplifiesrs would make a difference.
remember that cignal braodcasts digitally and not analog.
so, it's either you fully get the signal that they broadcast, regardless of the quality - or you dont get it at all.

Ok thank you sir.

Hehehe

was able to interface my pace cignal hd box to my xbox one - cignal stb box hdmi-out to xbox one hdmi-in/ then finally to my samsung f8500's hdmi-in and the results was that the PQ was so amazing to look at. my xbox one was able to feed a solid pure 1080/60P signal image to my tv, couple w/a hardcore DTS sound and the motion are so smooth(motion interpollation feature is turn OFF at my tv). HBO HD / NBA Premium HD / FOX HD never look so good this before parang blu-ray quality yung image hehehe.....
