Hi po mga ka Cignal, tanong ko lang kasi ngayon lang to nangyari after ng updates. Yung 1st box ay ok yung viva, pbo, fox hd, national geographic, untv, inc, at mga radio channels tapos yung 2nd box hindi maview yung channels na to. Chineck ko yung satelite signal sa 2nd box hindi naka lock. tapos yung sa 1st box naka lock naman. paano bo ba ito maresolve? TIA

Update ko lang mga bossing, nagfactory reset ako sa Pace box ko. Tapos ngayon hindi naka lock yung NES7-8. 0 zero na lahat at hindi magproceed. pro yung 1st box ok naman wala problem. anyone experiencing this one?

Just did a reset on my pace box, hold ko lang a few seconds yun power and ch+ and ch- buttons.

Ok na pace box ko no more interruptions. @ 60 signal strength i got 100 % signal qlty wow(!) ngayon lang ako nka experience ng ganun in more than 3yrs with cignaltv.

Yung pinalitan nitong remote has mode to control TV, and I know how to configure it. Kaso itong bagong remote na to di ko alam configure. Kahit link lang sa instructions, or kung ano tawag/model ng remote na to.

Just noticed that the Cignal on-screen menus and display have been improved. Was this via an OTA software update? Kulang na lang new channels

Lastly, bakit wala akong kix hd? Plan 1200 ako.

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with one of my box sa Cignal,

Bali Dalawa yung Box ko for Cignal naka power splitter/divider po siya bali yung isa gumagana yung box sa sala yung isa hindi gumagana sa 2nd floor.

Tinignan ko yung settings nung hindi gumagana yung Signal Strength niya is zero?

any idea kung saan po yung problem? Or kung panu malaman kung saan yung problem thanks!

Nag apply ako last Saturday morning. Post paid plan 790. Skycable sana ipapalit ko sa Destiny cable namin kaya lang pinagcompare ko ng price at channels included. Mas mura at mas sulit para sakin si Cignal.

Today nagpunta installer mga 1pm natapos ikabit then paguwi ko mula office 6pm naactivate na agad.

Plan 790 plus additional box kasi dalwa tv namin. Bale initial cash out ko 1620.00 plus additional cable lang kasi nadagdagan cable length.

So far im very satisfied. Ganito pala kasarap manuod ng madameng hd channels. Kasama pa sa plan 790 ung
Nba premium hd at fox sport hd.

Sa totoo lang sir, added bonus na sakin yang NBA Premium HD. Ang habol ko lang talaga is merung Star sports and Fox sports kasi Motogp at F1 lang naman ang pinanunuod ko madalas. Sa Sky kasi hinde pa kasama itong mga channels na ito sa 549 plan nila. Mag aad pako ng 150 for NBA Premium and Another for Fox Sports SD.

Tuwang tuwa yung Mom mo mula kahapon at kaninang umaga, madalas kasi cooking show pinanunuod nun, master chef HD na ngayon pinanunuod susyal! haha

To Cignal users, can you please give me the reasons why you chose Cignal over Sky. I want to have my Sky disconnected and just want to make sure I'm getting better service and channel selection with Cignal at the 700/month rate/range.

Destiny cable kame dati, nagdecide akong magpalit ng cable subscriber kasi anlabo na ng mga channels namin although naka splitter 2 tvs sa bahay.

Unang ni-consider ko skycable, upon check their post paid plan, nakita ko yung 549 dual def, kaya lang nun nakita ko channel line ups nila, wala yung star sports, fox sports at espn. Kasi formula 1 at motogp palagi namin pinanunuod ng kuya ko tuwing weekend. Mag aad pako ng 150 para lang magkamerun nun Fox Sport channel. And susunod na plan na ni Sky is 990 ata so medyo may kabigatan na kasi mag dudual box pako for my 2nd tv sa bahay.

Then nakita ko CIgnal cable, Boom! Sa plan 590 halos lahat ng channels na gusto ko andun na! Added bonux nalang samin yung NBA premium HD! Pero inavail ko yung plan 790 kasi mas mura kapag 2 boxes ang kukunin mo same day tapos mas mura din installation charge at may discount pa na 1000 since magswitch ako sa ibang cable.

So far so good, very satisfied sa Cignal. Hinde lang NBA premium HD ang na eenjoy, pati pala PBA in HD format LIve pa!

Dagdag ko lang, last Satuday lang ako nag apply May 31 sabado ng umaga, then June 2, 2014 ng umaga, ikinabit agad. Lahat ng requirements ni-submit ko lang thru emails. Di na kelangan punta sa cignal booth or offices. Tumawag lang ako sa hotline.

I was a Skycable subscriber before switching to Cignal. I guess two reasons why I made the switch: (1) Skycable had lousy customer service then (not sure now), at least from my experience. For some reason, our area would frequently have cable TV outages or madalas no signal. Makakailang tawag ka sa Skycable bago nila aksyunan. Obviously may problem sa area, pero nakakabanas na recurring problem. Pag tanungin mo about a refund, walang nangyayari; (2) I availed of Cignal's Plan 790 and I think it's value for money. Never really checked Skycable's plans if Cignal's plans are really better in that regard, but I'm satisfied with the channels being offered by Cignal for this plan. I'm a big basketball fan so it also helps that Cignal is offering NBA Premium HD, FoxSports HD, PBA HD, etc. at that price

Only gripes so far are the signal loss during heavy rain and the poor quality of the broadcast of the Lopez channels

And I hope Cignal can come up with a news channel at par with Skycable's ANC. The Hyper Sports channel also needs improvement.

@psychro: that 100 or 150 depending on plan is for the box maintenance aka warranty. it is cheaper in the long run than buying the STB for P6,000 . while still in use, your stb is under warranty once it fails (seldom)
