IMO, if within South East Asia or within the footprint of the KU band of the satellite, puede..

You are at the mercy of the dealer. Parang si pontious pilate yang si cignal. Naghuhugas kamay pag me problema na.

Yung house ko meron ng nakaabang na connection for cable tv so no need na magbutas. Pero si cignal dealer di daw puwede sa kanila. Eh pero sa sky pwede naman. All thw while nagtitipid lang pala si cignal dealer sa wiring at extra work kasi sa bubong yung dish and may extra work involve pa para idaan doon sa nakaabang na entry pt for cables.

even if you have an existing cable lay out for your home does not guarantee that it can be used for Cignal or any DTH.

they should be able to check, if they determined that it is not within the standard of coax cable then it will not be used and will need to use a new one.

marami rin cases, na maganda ang bahay... yung contractor nilagay na cabling ay "Swan" brand... fake pa. kaya ayun, gamit ng bagong coax cable.

@naphster: Cignal can only be used up to the country where SES7 satellite foot print is available. like... HK, and part of China. Other than those country, sorry but you will not be able to use it.
