If postpaid account is under LEASE, No, it cannot be converted to Prepaid.
There is no extension box either for Prepaid accounts. you will end up paying 2 monthly fee.

Sir here is my situation:

The main box is leased but the extension box is not coz it was my old prepaid hd box. would it be possible to be both converted to prepaid accounts separately? Thanks

The Paid box can be converted to prepaid but not the lease box.

hello! kakajoin ko lang din ng Cignal pero after 48hours wla padin ung activation! ang problema ung samsung box namin nde na din gumagana as in wlang blink... ano kayang possible fix ng ganito mga sir?! Pahelp po. need ba nila palitan yung box itself? Pahelp
